HELPPP

I have terrible sinus and ear congestion - almost all the time. I have used something called "Earplanes". You can pick them up at the drug store. They are small rubbery ear plugs that you can wear during take off and landing (I usually leave them in the entire flight). Also, you might want to check into getting some Afrin - nasal decongestant spray. I realize it's a nasal decongestant, but I find it helps keep my ears from filling up as well. Have a great trip!

This is a fact. Get two plastic cups (the kind you get at snack bars) put cotton wool in bottom of them, cover your ears during take off and landing, it stops the pain. The air steward told us this for my daughter going to Mexico.
