Vestibular disorders?

Has anyone in here had therapy for a vestibular or inner ear disorder? I need to know how intense it can be. Please let me know.

I had treatment with two types of medication.

I was diagnosed by a procedure where they poured water into my ears. It made me so dizzy I thought I was going to puke. Then I was supposed to count backwards from 100 by 7's. Don't know why they would pick something stupid like that, but they did.

That was the most intense part, the diagnosing part. Otherwise, it is not a problem. A lot of inner ear disorders can be cured, so just relax and I think you will be okay, if you follow your doctor's orders.
