Loud music damages your ear? |
I know that loud music or any loud noise can be harmful to the ear. But I was wondering, how does it affect though. What part of the ear does it damage to affect your hearing? It damages the tiny hairs in your ear that actually help you hear. I knew all the details back in college. But loud noise - whether steady loud music, or someone hammering a nail (very damaging), kills the tiny hairs and they don't grow back. So, you probably will start to lose sound at the high end, then won't be able to hear quiet sounds (like your turn signal). etc. i've never had popping ears, but i know that my right ear is hearing deficient thanks to countless killswitch engage shows. well listen man i thought it couldn't affect ears but do this self test go to a quiet room where there is no sound at all no cars no people just plain old silence and if you start to hear a beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee... like a whistle than you *** better worry that happeneds when you listen to you mp3 alot with the max volume and it can be very damaging to the ears slowly but surly you going to start losing you hearing by the time you be 30 to 40 you would have had either hearing problems or some type of damage to your ears |
