If you had tmj disorder did you have dizziness and ringing ears and if so did you ever get rid of them? I have tmj and I don't get dizzy and I don't think that is a symptom I do get headaches and tense jaw muscles. Very rarely do I get ringing in my ears. Try not to chew on gum or really tough food. i have tmj, but i dont have dizziness, but i do get ringing in my ears just occasionally, not often. I do get TONS of headaches though, and alot of neck and shoulder tension i have tmj ive had it for about 2 years i have dizziness quite often i have pain just under my ear but no ringing. i also have muscle spasms in the side of my face. i can handle the spasms with meds but the dizziness drives me crazy at times. I have tmj and though I do get dizzy if I stand up quickly that is from my orthostatic hypotension however I do frequenly get a very high pitched painful ringing that I get rid of by placing my index finger in the ear that's ringing followed by the ear that's not ringing then after a couple of seconds removing my fingers at the same time and the rining will slowly go away over a couple of seconds |
