Hearing disorder..?

Me 21 year guy.I have Hearing disorder.But i dont have any problem in ears.The bones in the Ears are normal and good.
Am also getting shhhh sound also.please help me i have these problem over 6 months.Please precribe Medicine Which is available in India

Best thing to do is to visit a doctor...sshhhh sounds? listening to too much loud music? Get medication from doctor

Hearing loss can be caused by many things at any age. I am assuming that you don't have an infection, since you say everything in your ear is normal.

Do you listen to loud music? Are you exposed to loud sounds on a regular basis?

The "shhh" sound makes me believe you have done damage to the inner ear, that is not correctable. Only a doctor can tell for sure and/or prescribe something, if needed.
