Alot of anxiety...alot of dizziness?

I have really bad anxiety..possibly panic disorder..and lately I always get this weird dizzy feeling. I dont feel dizzy exactly..nothing is spinning. But is sometimes feels like I am moving when Im not. An example is sometimes when Im in the car and the car is stopped, it feels like its still moving a little. Being a person with anxiety, I get panic attacks about the dizziness and get scared it will somehow kill me or drive me insane. It could be an inner ear problem..it could also be low blood pressure. Last time I went to the doctor my bp was so low she thought it was a mistake, but we took it again and it wasnt. Im 14..do you get low blood pressure at my age? Well, any input will be appreciated. Thanks.

How powerful are you? What can you accomplish if you really try? Who will listen if you speak out? Don't be so sure you know the answers to these questions. The life now suggest that you are in the process of acquiring great strength. You should not even need to assert yourself dramatically or emphatically. A few well-chosen words in the right ear will do the trick. And if you just set off in the direction that feels most appropriate in your heart, you will magically complete the journey.

i keep updating this every week. every week you have new tips to get over anxiety.

It sounds like you have vertigo. Do you ever feel like you do when you spin and spin and then stop and the world keeps spinning? You should see a doctor. My mother had that and the doctor gave her something that made it go away after like a week.

well im 19 and i feel the same so i know what you feel... it all started since when i was 17 and i hope you can get it treat before its to late... best of luck

See anxiety treatments, at * ezy-build (below) in section 6. Set yourself a fixed limit for worrying about any particular subject, (say; 15 minutes) after which, resolve firmly to refuse to even consider that subject again on that day: realise and accept that to do otherwise would be counterproductive to your mental health, and enjoyment of life. Use the technique for reprogramming negative thoughts and internal monologue (self talk), on pages 2, and 2L, to help you in this: some people carry a wide rubber band in their pocket: put it on their wrist; stretch, and release, as a means of reinforcing it, and speeding up the process, re-pocketing it afterwards, but I regard this as being purely optional. Practice one of the relaxation methods on pages 2, 11, 2c, or 2i, daily, and when needed. Also, give the EFT a good tryout, to see if it helps you. There is also a version for use in public places, (if you like, you can claim to have a headache, as you massage/lightly tap your temples, but you would then be restricted to subvocalising: saying it to yourself in your mind). Section 53, and pages 2, 2.q and 2.o at * http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris also refer: "Even though I sometimes suffer from anxiety, I deeply and completely accept myself." Salt is associated with high blood pressure, so increase your intake 25% - 50%, and recheck BP. Have you seen the techniques for control of panic attacks, in section 8, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris yet? Begin by holding your breath for 5, or 10 seconds: this will give you the confidence to realise that YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR BREATHING, but not pass out, or die (your autonomic nervous system resumes breathing, if unconscious). Understand panic attacks, and what triggers them, in your life (if it is unresolved anxiety, see section 6). The paper bag method works for most people: have you tried it? If you are fairly suggestible, the following are reliable, and reasonably priced:

Your last alternative is psychotherapy, to address its fundamental cause: read section 1, and examine the 1-800-therapist website, and use the locators, and phone book. I used to suffer from panic attacks, until I questioned what had changed recently in my life, to trigger them? I suggest that you learn, then practise the controlled breathing technique, until competent, then employ it, at the very first sign of a panic attack.

idk wat to tell u. i can say that anybody can have low blood pressure though. I believe it has nothing to do with age. What is causing ur anxiety? i'm 14 too and sry i can't help more

It sounds like you may need to start going to the doctor on a regular basis and let them know about the dizzy feelings you are having. You may also need to talk to a counselor about your panic attacks. You can contact us through "stephenspanicattackgroup" if you need someone to talk to about your problem.
