What is the remedy for facial paralyse ie right side of the face have paralysed what is the medicine?

rightface have paralysed what is the real cause of this happening what internal organ disorder is there i want to know and what is the effective remedy or medicine for it as well as some household medicine or what food or fruit can help or some herbal medicine to cure it completely.i suppose it is called bells pulsy. some ear nerve is affected on the right side and reumetoid arthritis was already there from some years due to which both the knees have been replaced .so i want to know some effective remedy or medicine for this facial paralyse .or herbal medicine or what food or fruit can help.

Depends...

Is it the whole right side or just the lower half of that side? How do you know? Try to frown and close your eye (in front of a mirror)(this is the upper half test)... now try to smile (does the corner of your mouth turn down instead of up?)(lower half test).

You see, if it's the whole right side and no other symptoms are involved, you probably have Bell's Palsy, which is a pretty benign disorder. We used to think it was a lot of things, but now we're pretty sure most cases are viral (actually caused by Herpes virus 'sitting' on your 7th cranial nerve)... so there's pretty much no treatment. Patients get better with or without a whole variety of treatments that have been offered for years. POSSIBLY catching it early and taking an anti-viral drug (Acyclovir) you could decrease the time you have it... possibly.

Now, if it's only the lower half of the face, that's a sign that it's something a lot more serious, up in your brain or in your brainstem. In other words: SEE A DOCTOR, NOW!

Hope this helps!

Good Luck!

I had bells palsy...it took 6 weeks for the paralysis to go away. I just used facial massage.

I also had a friend who had it and she tried homeopathic remedies, nothing worked to speed it up. Her's lasted 12 weeks.

Be patient. It will go away.
