Eleminating EMF???

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAS HEARD OF STANDING ON THE GROUND BAREFOOT TO DISPERSE EMF / STAGNANT ENERGY. ANY SOLID INFORMATION WOULD BE FANTASTIC.

What i mean is protecting the body from excessive amounts of emf, and natural ways to eliminate it from the body.

I have experience in these matters, so I'll try to answer this as best I can.
You can't really "ground" yourself to disperse EMF. That would work for something like static electricity, but it's completely innapplicable for for what EMF does to you. As such, you instead have the following options.
1) (Ideal) go somewhere where there is not any emf to affect you. Some people have electrical sensitivity, and really have to do this, but that's a different topic.
2) Block the EMFs from affecting you. The only approach currently existing here is to wear something like a qlink neclace. I still have trouble believing those things work (physics doesn't make sense to me), but I know a lot of people who have bought them and swear by them.
3) Somehow cancel out the damage that's being done to your body. There are two interlinked approaches I know of here.
The first is to do some sort of alternative health practice that "boosts the bodies homeostasis" so it can heal itself.
The second is to do some sort of health practice to clear out all the junk energy in your "chi." There are methods of doing that which involve standing on the earth, but it isnt getting rid of EMF persay. I am familiar with something called Standing and Disolving, and I would recommend learning that one (google it).

Biopro makes products that claim to protect from EMF. They have some pretty good published research on their website.

Try to stay away from high EMF areas and equipment.

If you are sensitive to it, you can find someone who practices NAET to help your body deal with it's sensitivity.

As for standing barefoot on the earth, I think that's a great idea to soak in the earth energy to counteract the EMF.
