I was reading reviews on Amazon.com and found one that brings concerns about the white noise machine's EMF (electro-magnetic field) level that might be harmful to human health. Please read the following and give me some feedback. I need to get a white noise machine but am not sure of the risks associated its usage. Thanks!!

This device was pretty good, the kids loved sleeping with it running. Then I purchased a Gauss meter and discovered a whopping 400.0mG of EMF radiating from it.
Considering that most countries recommend nothing higher than 1.0mG, and anything over 10.0mG is considered an extreme cancer risk this is completely unacceptable.
The EMF declined... Not really, unless it keeps you from sleeping. Only then will it be a problem. Only if you are a person of color, whatever that means. |
