Nitrofurnation-macro? does it work? read details!?

okay, well. i just found out im preg. 3 days ago. and, i also found out i had e-coli bladder infection. i got anti botics that are safe for the baby called nitrofurnation-macro. The thing is, I never even realized i had a bladder infection. but now that im taking my pills my bladder sometimes has this really bad aching, to the point where i can't walk. I don't know if its my baby (i'm about a month along) or my bladder. I tried calling the doctor but i got the stupid voicemail and he won't be in until monday. please help, what do you think it is? Is this stuff really safe?

Macrodantin works if the organism causing the infection is sensitive to it. Symptoms are more likely due to something other than the med. Maybe you should try to get to see the doctor Monday.
