What are the causes and remedies for very low apetite in babies under 1 years old?

the baby's diet was breast milk only until 4 months old and then was forced to diversify. traces of e-coli were found,but not enough to confirm an infection.now the baby accepts breastmilk only when half asleep and has moody apetite,variing from 30 to 130grams of semi-solid food

i think you need to change to formula quickly before the baby gets sick especialy if there are traces of ecoli as this is serous and can harm the baby even kill it in bad cases.
