Could i sue sonic because their food caused sickness and most likely caused a bladder infection?

i have ALL of the symptoms of a bladder infection/UTI. the only way i could have gotten it is if there was E. Coli in the popcorn chicken that i got from them. it also made me REALLY sick. BAD stomach pains and burps that smelled and tasted like raw sewage (spelling?) and almost made a few people throw up.

i have witnesses and i can take pics of bloody urine, and with the evidence and witnesses i could probably get an "out of court" settlement for something along the lines of a few thousand. this has caused me pain, suffering, sickness, a bladder infection, and a ton of sleep loss from pain.

if you dont know about bladder infections, here is what they are:
blood in urine, it burns when i pee, i have pains above the groin area, that come at random times and hurt like hell when i do have them.

no, i do not have sex or anything like that so there is no possible to get it from that.

There is no way you can prove that Sonic food gave you a bladder infection because even if you ate something with e-coli it wouldn't go into your bladder it would go into your stool. Stool is where you get ecoli from and it means that you probably got some stool near your urethra and it traveled into your bladder via your urethra.

Please!! You have a bladder infection from not drinking enough water and drinking too many soft drinks...that is not Sonic's fault that you decided to drink too many soft drinks. That sorta reminds me of suing McDonald's because you dropped hot coffee in your lap. Don't you know what causes bladder infections? All the symptoms are because of your bladder infection (except for the burping...which anyone does after eating fast foods). Get a grip, man!

When you get food poisoning, you endure major vomiting and diarrhea. I've had it before, and I would not wish that on my worst enemy!

Oh my gosh! Seriously!? You can NOT get a UTI from eating pop corn chicken, ok? UTIs are caused by bacteria entering the urinary tract from the outside. You can get it by swimming in contaminated water, improper hygiene, dehydration, and other factors. So, unless you wiped yourself with the chicken, you didn't get it from that!
If you even try to get a reputable law firm to represent you, they'd laugh hysterically at your case. You stand absolutely no chance of winning money from Sonic. I'd suggest you find a more honest way of getting some extra cash.

Probably not. You need solid evidence. like going to the doctor or hospital. Friends and pictures arent enough. Oh, and posting this question seems quite suspicious so if anyone finds it, they can make some crap up. Good luck with that!

As previouslystated, you cannot prove beyond a shadow of adoubt that Sonicfood gave you this infection so no you could not win a lawsuit against Sonic

Sounds as though you are more concerned about the almighty dollar rather than your symptoms. I had food poisoning & it did NOT cause a bladder infection. I was very sick at both ends, traced the symptoms to a can of black olives, & was admitted to the hospital, & was placed on an IV because of severe dehydration due to vomiting/diarrhea. Nice try but no money for you...shame on you.

even if sonic was the cause of your illness it would just be an idiotic thing to sue them i mean is it really necessary

no, Sonics food more than likely did NOT give you a UTI. You simply need to drink more fluids....IF you did get sick from Sonic...it would cause a stomach bug...with nausea/vomiting/and diarrhea.
I wouldn't waste your time. UTI's can also be prevented by a person...drink plenty of water, wash your hoohoo regularly so bacteria doesn't embed into your urethra, and take cranberry pills..or other OTC supplements to keep the acidity in your bladder up to par.
