Result of Urine c/s test?

After having an Urine c/s test for my 11 months old girl baby, I've provided the result for your ref:
Gram stain=1-2 pus cells & occassional epithelial cells present
Oragnism isolated=E.coli
Colony count= Greater than 100,000 colonies/ml

My Question is, Does she affected by urinary infection problem & Do we need to inject her in IV with the acid suggested in the report.
Your help would be much appreciated for me in this case.

dont be injecting acid into your child, its for bladder instillation. get a healthcare professional to do it.

E.coli is the bacteria responsible for the UTI that your baby has. It is common and is very treatable. Your doctor should have prescribed medication for you to give to your baby. YOU DO NOT inject your baby with anything. A medical professional will handling such procedures if they are necessary.
