Dystonia where middle finger curls under?

My middle finger is starting to curl under, yet all the cases of dystonia i know about are where the 4th and 5th curl under.

I am a pianist

might have something to do with the piano. Do you work outside or sweat alot. Sometimes and electrolyte imbalance can cause these symptoms.
