I need help on this case studie!?

mr. jesse rivera a46 yr old toyota employee, come to his

appointment as scheduled for Signs/Symptoms that

presented 5 days ago. He had a complaint of sore throat,

Shortness of breath, productive cough, high fever, shaking

chills, dyspnea, cyanosis, general malise, weaknes, and pain

in the right lower thorax. He has a temperature of 102.6, blood

pressure of 115/84, pulse 81, resp. 23. I REALLY NEED HELP ON THIS SO ANY THING WOULD HELP THANKS!!

Pneumonia??

Pneumonia, severe bronchitis, maybe something linked to his job...as that is mentioned!
