What is the medical term for the symptom of mouth/ facial drooping? |
i know this often to referred to as bell's palsy but is there another way of describing the actual symptom such as e.g dysphagia> difficulty swallowing. many thanks. all asnwers appreciated answers* sorry I think it depends on the condition,you can have mouth and facial drooping associated with different conditions,i.e bell's palsy,a dropped nerve,or as a result of a stroke or t.i.a,(Transient ischaemic attack),such as dysphagia,dysphasia and aphasia are usually direct conditions of a stroke.
