There are different types of dysphagia, although yours sounds like it may be psychogenic because you developed problems after just one choking episode.
I need more information. Does it happen with liquids, firm or soft solids, or a combination? Do you have gastro-esophageal reflux (GERD) or heartburn? Do you wake up with a burning feeling or acidic taste in your mouth and/or throat?
Try alternating liquids and solids when you eat. Take the material into your mouth and tuck your chin to your chest before you swallow.

Your throat is sore and probably inflamed. Get yourself to a doctor, and get it checked out, 2 weeks is a long time. Try not to eat anything too spicy. Lemon juice and honey will help soothe your throat.
