Can you tell me a source for speech therapy exercises to do to strengthen swallow due to dysphagia?

Hi
I'm a speech pathologist with 12 years experience. The short answer to your question is to look in catalogs that market resources to speech pathologists such as Pro-Ed or Linguisystems. They have a lot of books on the subject.

However, the longer answer to your question would be that dysphagia can occur for many reasons and it is hard to diagnose how the visible symptoms correlate to physiological deficits. I wouldn't advise you to treat dysphagia without an evaluation, maybe a Modified Barium Swallow and recommendations from an experienced speech pathologist. In this way, you could self-treat but still be safe and efficient.

If you treat the wrong thing or don't know how to evaluate progress you may do more harm than good. Pneumonia is very common in dysphagia patients. Hope this helped.
