What if small food particles trapped in trachea w. no aspiration?

I have been feeling sth tiny like a small piece of food like seed trapped in my trachea. Let just say it is probably a seed in the whole grain bread that I ate.
For 7 days until now, I have a feeling of that seed on my throat. First it was from the very first part of my throat, then several days later (now), it is down of the throat. I thought it was canker sore or wonder maybe not because I havent felt any pain or discomfort. Just a feeling of that thing in my throat.
What do you think about this? Is it possible to be in my trachea right now and has been going down the way? But it's been 7 days and no other feelings of pain or dysphagia=difficult swalling or dysphasia=difficult speaking (which should be a part when things go down to trachea).
What can I do now? What would happen if it has been in my trachea? Will it keep going down to my lung? If I go seeing a doctor, what might she/he do?
Thanks a lot for helping!

go and visit your doctor. A bad infection may occur, or it may be something entirely different

I think your trachea do not contain mucus coating to much so I think you should eat more Carbohydrates. You should seek a doctors advice too.It can be also because your trachea is very sensitive to seeds.

After 7 days there is no way a seed should remain trapped in the trachea. Get it checked out by a doctor.
