What is the cause of dysmenorrhea? |
it happens whenever women have their period Not all women have cramps during their periods (my mom didn't). But cramping (the technical name is dysmenorrhea) occurs in some women because the uterus is trying to push the lining that built up during the month in case a pregnancy should occur out of the body. It pushes this lining out because it is no longer needed since the pregnancy does not occur. perhaps stress, lack of fluid intake and lack of rest. |
