Does menstruation or dysmenorrhea cause blood pressure to rise?

Yes, there is evidence that due to hormonal changes there is rise in BP in both conditions, but the rise is more in dysmenorrhea due to pain.

Don't know about menstruation, but any type of pain will cause the blood pressure to rise.
