Science/health majors, dabblers in science, drs & nurses, Please help?

I have a condition called dysmenorrhea (painful periods). I have been suspecting lately these past few to several months that I am going through extremely early menopause. My cycles were super dooper heavy for a few months with other symptoms and then last month I was late (after coming every 26 days it went to 28).
This month I am late again, today is day 29 and it still has not come yet! I took a pregnancy test, and am not pregnant (I have one more test available to take in a few more days). I have been having symptoms of dysmenorrhea, but not the bleeding.
Thinking that maybe because of the severity of the symptoms and something I read online, I let my husband go with me without protection two times on and after day 26 of my cycle, so that the severity of the dysmenorrhea would be reduced. Neither that nor medicine is seeming to help in the severity of symptoms.
(Continued questions below)

1. Can I become pregnant if I am going through stress induced menopause or belated amenorrhea? Is it the same usual rules? Or am I ovulating at any time or sporadically with this?
2. What else can I try to reduce the symptoms of dysmenorrhea while I am waiting for my cycle to renew?
Most of the more severe symptoms usually start to leave when I start bleeding, and are usually almost all gone by the 3rd or 4th day.
3. I keep feeling like I am bleeding, but don't see any blood. Could I be already on my new cycle (day one) and just not bleeding or seeing bleeding? Could it be that I need a d and c?
4. I have an appointment for the ob/gyn in less than a month from now, and they are really busy. If this continues, should I try to see a regular dr or go to the hospital and when can I tell if it gets that bad? (I've been to the hospital and ob/gyn for dysmenorrhea)

Go to a medical Dr. If you are trying to get pregnant it is one thing, if not see if he can put you on the pill to help with this. Also I believe there is a medication out that will help with this now. It is a drug that is not used for that originally, sorry I can not recall what it is. Please see a Dr. You are suffering too much.
