How do I deal with these health issues on the job??? |
I suffer from Dysmenorrhea (painful menstrual cramps along with other severe symptoms such as vomiting, dizziness/fainting, chills, etc.) and lately I have been developing symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome. I should have a full-time job by Fall of this year, and I am really worried that these health issues are going to affect my work attendance. The Dysmenorrhea always seems to affect my lifestyle now (school, part-time job, etc.) one day out of the month (the first day of my period, which is always the worst). I have no health insurance at the moment, so I have not been receiving treatment for these issues. you know i used to have these exact symptoms i started doing yoga throughout the month and one pose is especially good for menstraul cramps it is called the childs pose. look it up it will help. another thing that certainly helped was evening primrose tea it is something you have to take everyday to let it build up in you there are also caplets but i find a lot of vitamin or supplement caplets just go right through you so i suggest the tea also MIDAL is a must really i am not a big pill pusher but when things like this are effecting your life then it is better to take one or two pills then deal with the stress and pain hope this helps Don't mention them. Go to your doctor and let him or her prescribe pain killers. Anything in the family of aleve works well. You don't have to miss work you have to control your disease. this happened to me also, i even passed out at work. i have a full time job, and it was really bothering me. i got on the shot, and so far, it has helped with this. good luck. |
