I was told that daily excercise reduces period cramps. What types of excercises should I be doing? |
I have primary Dysmenorrhea. I was told by a number of people that if I excercise a little bit everyday, when my period comes, the cramps and other symptoms won't be as bad. Are there certain types of excercises I should be doing that work better than others? Stomach crunches helped me. You should really exercise before your monthly comes it will help even more. Walking is also great. Walking is considered the # 1 exercise. You could also try touching your toes with you feet straight and not bending the knee's. This is good for the stomach muscles. No. But i dont think working your arms out only wont help try running or walking Yes, you could start with side-to-side situps which are going to work the muscles above those that move the egg, running or walking, and leg lifts. When I am cramping, I get really sore inner thighs. Anything, mostly with your legs and your abs. |
