To do a project work regarding dyslexia in u.s what are the steps to do?

i am a medical practisoner in india ,and this is the topic of my interest i gathered and worked in this field in chennai. i am having ideas to give in a extensive way the topic "influence of crossed eye hand dominance in dyslexia"

I would contact medical research companies in the US. You can Yahoo search or Google search, or both. After you find them you need to contact their Human Resource dept to find out if they have any job openings and apply.
