What is the emotional/social part of dyslexia? |
Please help me find a website. Or share your ideas. =I just found a great site for you. It is fem the International Dyslexia Society and it is a forum where you can answer, ask, and post *** well. Here you may find additional supports. My daughter has a learning disability as well. She is is great kid, but is easily frustrated at times. Hope this helps you. thank you and glad you found it hepful. Report It My son is dyslexic. I think one social aspect would be that he is shy. Nervous when speaking or reading out loud. I am dyslexic,but I have worked really hard at getting better. and I have never known of any social/emotional parts to the disability. Im a secondary teacher who works with special educational needs children. I honestly believe that there are those children who suffer with the above conditions and then there are those who are sim... LOL a good one! should be in a joke section though... ...It's a brain based condition that you are born with. If a person sustains brain damage they can get 'aquired-dyslexia' or alexia which refers to the loss of reading ability follo... pople tat cannnt spealll or rite!! innit ...i agree with sociopath...my son is dyslexic...no one else in our family has it...it is a learning disability...they have to find their own way of learning, and reading, especically...many famous pe... Well I'm not sure. I have dyslexia, but the thing is, I'm an excellent reader. No problem there. It's math that I can't do. I want you know that, because every time I tell someo... um.... me here see let, real disease was if it a, might there a cure be. Unfortunatly, it is not a real disease just a cop out for lazy, stupid and or illiterate people and a money making scheme fo... I used to volunteer with an adult literacy group, and we used a reading specialist (Ph.D., not M.D.) to evaluate dyslexia.
