Has dyslexia a cure for been found? LOL a good one! should be in a joke section though... No cure yet. Ask Tom Cruise. He is dyslexic as well. But he hired someone to read the scripts for him. One reading series that has received high praises is the Wilson Reading Program. This is especially helpful for older kids with dyslexia. No, but if you have someone to sit with you and work hard, you can overcome a lot of the complications associated with dyslexia. It's a brain based condition that you are born with. If a person sustains brain damage they can get 'aquired-dyslexia' or alexia which refers to the loss of reading ability follo... pople tat cannnt spealll or rite!! innit ...i agree with sociopath...my son is dyslexic...no one else in our family has it...it is a learning disability...they have to find their own way of learning, and reading, especically...many famous pe...
