Why does my heart race when I stretch?

I get tachycardia (fast pulse) when I stretch my legs, is this normal? Or is it because I have Dysautonomia?

Once I stop stretching, my pulse rate returns to normal again.

I just wondered if anyone else gets this also!

Thanks.

if you know you have dysautonomia, then you already know what can occur with your heart rate. yes, when you move, stretch, your muscle is demanding a little more blood and oxygen, causing your heart rate to increase slightly, but not to the point of clinical tachycardia (usually in excess of 100 bpm). your pre-existing condition can cause this.

Have you left the love balls up there?

Sympathy I have lactic acid build in my calf muscles that gives me cramp when i am asleep, i wake up in agony.

When you stretch, you're basically contracting your muscles, which requires an increase in blood flow. To compensate, your heart has to pump faster.

Stop being a pusssy- just stretch and quit the hypochondriac routine.
Are you Jewish or summin?
