can u give me some Bibliography of down syndrome..... its discover by jerome lerdor....or something.... Down Syndrome can be found on any web. I have a niece that is now 25 with downs. Her mental state is at the age around 5. However, like any young girl of five years old, she still holds her baby doll and wants to get married and have a baby like she see her other married adult cousins doing. Down syndrome was first officially noted by John Langdon Haydon Down in 1866, and the syndrome was named for him. Unfortunately, the name "Down" has a negative connotation and people often don't realize that it is the name of the doctor, and has nothing to do with the condition itself. |
