What are markers for down syndrome?

I just recently found out that my unborn child is at risk for Down Syndrome, Has anyone been through this and now how accurate it is as a marker downs?

The only marker she has is Pyelectasis.

Sounds like you had the Triple screen. It is not certain that your baby will have downs. The only marker to positively ID downs is an amnio that genetically detects the Trisomy 21 defect on the dna. Good Luck!!
