Please help its depressing me...?


Im 21 with a nearly 4 year old boy im currently living with my mum while my sister and her kids are at my house ( she escaped from domestic violence) the thing is i find it reallt hard to wake up in the morning i go to sleep about 12am and wake up between 8am and 9am....but my son gets up about 7am and i dont hear him at all my mm looks after him till i get up i really dont hear anything from the momment i fall sleep till the minute i wake up and to wake me up my mum sayd it can take about an hour any ideas???? i have been to doctor... not much help any one had the same?

I would suggest to go to sleep earlier! Even though it sounds like you are getting enough hours, maybe your body schedule requires earlier sleep. I am like that; if I go to sleep too late, no matter how much sleep I have gotten, I still feel like crap the next day. I would just try it a week and see how you feel. Also, you may not be comfortably sleeping and not realize it. Maybe it is too cold, warm, etc. Try different things and see how they work out.

Your lifestyle has simply probably exhausted you. If possible, go to bed earlier so it's easier for you to wake up in the morning.

Go to bed earlier! As a parent that responsibility MUST come first above all else. You have the luxury of living at home rather than on your own so be thankful of that....show your responsibility by making a conscious effort to wake earlier and take care of your son. You benefit in the long run... :)

think your not getting enough sleep. Try to go to bed earlier. Just for a while and see if that helps

Have you tried going to bed earlier. some people need more sleep than others. Try to go to bed earlier even if you dont have to work. If you stick to the same routine every day regarding your sleep pattern it might help. Try taking a walk everyday or if you can more intensive excercise, its been proven that daily excercise helps people sleep better. When you are up are you sleepy during the day. Are you tired alot? Maybe you have a sleep disorder. Just because your doctlor didn't find anything doesn't mean anything. Try seeing a sleep specialist. Look for a sleep clinic, they specialize in people wiht sleep disorders. Good luck

go to bed early, n take enough rest , work little less perhaps..
make a schedule for all u have to do
