Dizziness, vertigo and early signs of pregnancy?

I have had symptoms of dizziness and vertigo for about a month now. off and on i've felt flu like as well. i took a hpt a few weeks ago and it was negative and now i've started spotting. am i pregnant?

In order to be absolutely sure, you must take a blood test. This can be taken at any clinic I believe.

As for vertigo and dizziness, those are the most common symptoms of an ear infection, not of pregnancy.

Changes in the menstrual cycle can be attributed to many things, other than pregnancy.

Get another ept and if it still shows negative get your butt to the doctor...

Dizziness and vertigo could be a sign of an irregular heart beat. or many other causes which none of them are good.

My sister just went through something similar. She said she felt really dizzy and out of no where passed out. She had cramps in her stomach and threw up. About 2 weeks before this she needed an x-ray on an unrelated event, and had to have a pregnancy test - which showed negative. Her friend told her to take another one and it turned out positive. She had abnormal periods for a while so wasn't sure what the deal was. Well now she is 12 weeks. You might want to try again or have a DR do a blood test.
