Does anyone else have stress and anxiety related dizziness or vertigo? |
ive gotten many tests done and the onyl cause for my dizziness in my anxiety disorder. its basically all day long everyday...and i was wondering how anyone else deals with this kinda thing. I suffer from dizziness all the time when I am stressed. At first my doctors went through loads of tests to rule out anything medical. I feel very light headed, weak, spaced out. The only thing that you really can do is to recognise the symptoms and try and relax. This happened to me during a stressful time and lasted 4 days. It is weird and is only helped by staying relaxed and not bending down. |
