Does anyone know a natural remedy for Vertigo (dizziness)? |
I get occasional bouts of vertigo. I have a prescription for Meclazine, but it makes me drowsy and I drive a lot in my job. "Vitalization?" Seriously, what is that? If you're not "vital" enough, you're dead--B12 won't help. In people with certain conditions (like pernicious anemia, which is common in older folks, and alcoholism) a B12 deficiency might need to be addressed, but that's not likely to be the problem. As for the question, ginger is supposed to be a well-tolerated and effective natural remedy for nausea, and your doctor, if you ask, might have other medications that may make you less drowsy. I have heard, but can't conclude, that taking a shot of b12 will lesson symptoms. Breathing exercises, but I would serriously get that checked out. Might want to try poping your ears as well and by this i mean moving your jaw around so the preasure ='s between your ears this can throw off your equilibrium. ginger. just eat it. it makes motion sickness and vertigo go way. also, press on your vain that runs at the wrist, it helps regulate you enough to make nausea go away. |
