What cuases the feeling of dizziness or vertigo type feeling?

usually feel this way the last 4 days..when I walk,,i feel the sensetion on and off of tilting over,,have to hold on the wall,,,

It could be an inner ear ifection, it could be low potassium, it could be medications you are taking, it could be low blood sugar, it could be a sudden drop in blood pressure . . .or it could be something serious. Eat a banana and some orange juice, and go see the doctor.
