Well it could be a side-effect of medication if you are taking drugs for the depression, but I've never heard of dizziness being a symptom of depression.
It could be several things like high blood pressure, sinus infection, allergies, heart problems. You should go see your dr. and consult with them about it. Cut back on your salt intake also.

Depression is widely defined in many different ways. Be aware of all the ads out there convincing people they have depression. Only a qualified psychiatrist can tell you that.
