Head Movement remedy for Vertigo? |
I have a friend who is suffering from very bad vertigo. My Daughter said there was a Dr on TV who demonstrated some sort of head moving exercises to cure the dizziness ..... I wondered if anyone could tell more or where to find out more about this treatment Since nobody has answered yet, I'll toss in my 2 cents. yes the doctor or a physio, I guess, does it.... yes i suffer from labrinthytis and believe me its aw full, so my g.p sent me to the e.n.t clinic to get the crystals put back. He tipped me upside down and all the time i had to stare into his eyes and not blink, it was weird as i could hear popping sounds he then done the other ear. He asked me to lay down to see if it had gone, to which i noticed it had, but when i turned over in bed that night it was back with a vengeance, that was a year ago and i have learned to live with it. I was fine 4 years ago until i went on a kids trampoline and ended up with this, but in most cases the cure works that they do x Hi, I suffer from meniere's disease, which means that I have severe attacks of vertigo, imbalance, dizziness and nausea. |
