Marriage and divorce blood testing?

I live in California and I heard that a blood test is required before you can get legally marriedn and even when you get a divorce.

There are many states that require blood test in order to get married, I am not sure if California is one of them. You can find out at your local Clerk of the Court's office where you purchase your marriage license. I am sure that a blood test is not a legal requirement for a divorce no matter what state you live in.

I think blood test is useful to know where you are meaning whether you healthy or not so it is one way of keeping yourself and partener forever so it connects with marriage is good but I want to say something is that itis not only the requirement it needs common understanding otherwise it leads to divorce.
