Nothing fits anymore鈥verything has changed since I had a divorce? |
Everything has changed since I had a divorce eight months ago. Plus, one day I met by accident an old friend of mine who I haven`t seen for one year or more and she was like 鈥淲ow, you changed so much! What happened?鈥? and I said 鈥淵eah, I`ve been through a divorce鈥︹€? 鈥淎nd you also gained weight! Well, you look nice anyway.鈥?I felt terrible but it made me realize I must do something with my life. Now I want to start a new diet, change my lifestyle, work out, redecorate, start a new life! However, I want to be organized. I need a good diet planner. Any suggestions? I found dozens on the internet but I`d feel a lot better if someone recommended one to me. Thanks. I`m happy you decided to move on! What doesn`t kill you only makes you stronger, that`s what I always say to myself. You can find a great diet planner at http://www.projectweightloss.com. Anyway, if you wanna do a good job, you should use the workout planner as well. This way you can track your daily calorie intake and see when you consumed more than you ate or otherwise. They also have nice weight charts that show you when you`re over/under the calorie limit you need to stick to, interesting articles, and dozens of diet ideas! I think that`s what you need, I`ve been a member there for a few months and those weight loss tools helped me a lot! Good luck. Don't go on a diet unless you are overwieght. well theres the ol be positive and feel positive an all that but thats hard to keep up with so i think you gotta START on which eva plan u do and persevere and keep doing it till you c a result ,refuse any urges until u c results ,then you get a good feeeling ...and that feeling will snowball and youll win the first is a mean self disciplinary thing but if u get thru that youll catch that good vibe wave and youll be away yeeha!! there is only one way to do it.
