What activities burn the most calories? Leave out sex, I am in between divorce and single life. What else?

Walking, dancing, swimming, jogging, aerobic classes, stationary bike, elliptical, any activity that will get your heart rate up for 20 minutes or more.

Activities that require a lot of quick movement tend to burn a lot of calories. This is my favorite site for figuring out how many calories I burn doing different activities. It's got almost any activity you could think of:
