What activities burn the most calories? Leave out sex, I am in between divorce and single life. What else? Here's a long list of activities and their calorie-burning (I based it on 20-minutes): Walking, dancing, swimming, jogging, aerobic classes, stationary bike, elliptical, any activity that will get your heart rate up for 20 minutes or more. running from cops,not that i suggest it of coarse Activities that require a lot of quick movement tend to burn a lot of calories. This is my favorite site for figuring out how many calories I burn doing different activities. It's got almost any activity you could think of: Running, swimming, Spin class at the gym. |
