Am I pretty much done with hockey after shoulder dislocation? |
I had a dislocation 2 days ago playing nonckecking hockey, and was wondering if ihave to give it up. I'd really hate to do that, because i love it more than anything. but all the talk about the possible 2nd dislocation/surgery is very unpleasant. what do you guys think? i guess since all the nhl players with dislocations continue playing after they have recovered, then so should i, right? This is something you need to talk to your doctor about. No way to make that choice for your, especially without knowing the details of the injury, and how stable your shoulder is after the surgery. good luck buddy!! |
