Dislocation..?

Ok i've had quite a few dislocations, One on my right knee, one year ago, One left knee, a few months ago, My jaw a few years ago, and now my shoulder is at risk!
however i'm only 15 and im not over weight. But i've been banned from PE at school because its too risky. I really want to start running again. I love it but does anyone know if it could course anymore damage? or if it will be good for my knees ect? Its my final year at school so i dont want to risk anything before my exams..

I would recommend discussing this with an orthopedic doctor prior to starting anything new, like running. I hope you are ok!
