Can I still play Football after 3 shoulder dislocations???? |
last shoulder dislocation was late november..;. You can but be cautious. Everytime you dislocate your shoulder, the more eaisly it is to dislocate. Do butterflys to make the shoulder stronger. Which is holding a light weight in each hand, with straight arms bring the weight up level to your shoulders. As to the college question, it's up to you, yeah football kicks ***, but play if you want to. If you do, tell the coaches about all the dislocations that you've had with your shoulder. They'll tell you if you can play. as long as you can pass your physical.with a shoulder like that,i dont think i would risk it.maybe theres something else you can get involved with, concerning football. this question will be best answered by your orthopedist. I wouldn't, as you can really mess yourself up I think you already know the answer. |
