Waist Dislocation, Pls Help Me Urgently?

my brother had a dislocation of the waist bone when he was 9yrs, now he is in his late 30s, and still no cure to it. he has visited many hospitals, both orthopeadic and native homes for cure without remedy for the past years. Doctors only advise him to be using pain killer for the pains he experiences most espcially during the cold weather. Pls is there still remedy for this. Or i sthere any diet to push the bone to the right place? Pls help. He cant work perfectly well.

Pls I may not have a better name for it, but is the bone that joined the the leg (not the knee joint) to the buttocks, i.e after the laps the bone to the buttocks.

I not sure if what I had is the same as your brother, but I had a hip bone that was out of place for a while and the "regular" doctors wanted me to take pain medications. I don't like to take medications if I don't need to. I believe in treating the cause not the symptoms. If you treat the cause there are no symptoms. So I went to a Chiropractor and he found that my hip was out of place making one leg longer then the other. It did not hurt to have him pop it back in place. Even if this is not the same thing as what your brother has a Chiropractor might be able to help, or at least advise you.

I have never heard of a 'waist bone'...do you mean a spinal injury? They have remarkable laser surgery nowadays...there is no reason for him to live with pain.

What is a waist bone? You mean the pelvis? It's kinda hard to misalign your pelvis, as it is all one piece.

The only "cure" for a dislocation is to pop it back into place, which is not only incredibly painful, but dangerous.

And if it's a spinal related injury, then it would definitely be far too dangerous to try to simply "pop" it in place since it might cause paralysis or death.

And that's too risky for most hospitals to attempt to do, so they'll likely give out painkillers so that he can "live with it"

he needs to see a chiropractor. they can move whatever bone may be out of place and if he goes every few monthes they can keep him that way! pain killers dont do much .... he needs more than simply something to cover it up!
