Kneecap dislocation recovery?

I just dislocated my kneecap for like the 7th time (5 times right leg 2 times left) and im almost about 100% sure the I will be needing surgery but for the time being anyone know of any type of supplements or exercises I can do to put strength back into my legs and better prepare me for surgery and therapy and perhaps some ideas of what to expect after the surgery?

Depending on what direction your kneecaps dislocate, surgery may not be able to help you. I presume both dislocate outwards? The problem may not be in your knees, it's most likely in your pelvis which cause your top leg bones to rotate and increase the chance of your kneecaps to dislocate. I recommend seeing a special type of chiropractor that I refer to for cases like this. They can correct your pelvis and knee problem.
