Go see an orthopedic surgeon. All you may need is to stregthen the muscles around the shoulder. When you dislocate your shoulder 5 times, you need surgery already. There will come a time when you will experience popping your shoulder with even a simple movement like combing your hair. Your shoulder muscles need to be tightened. |
