Do I have a recurrent Shoulder Dislocation???

Just came back from Ortho on Monday and while there I expressed concern because shoulder didn't feel quite lined up but it wasn't hurting me. Dr manually checked to see if humerus head was in socket by manipulating the arm but now the humerus head seems even futher apart from that top bone (in a more forward position). The arm is also very sensitive to touch since he did this and feel heavy down through my biceps. I've gone back to taking pain medicince because it hurts on and off. Does this sound right? I'm afraid this could be some time of dislocation but it doesn't hurt anywhere like it did the first time. I've got follow-up in 1.5 weeks. Is there any danger in me allowing my shoulder more healing time if it is some sort of slight dislocation? Sorry so long winded. Thanks for any input your might have.

GET THE X-RAY DONE. You can consult a good orthopedic doctor
