AC dislocation?

I am pretty sure I dislocated my AC joint, when I fell too hard on an outstretched arm (fell on my side) while playing keeper in soccer. How do I get better asap?

This injury should be evaluated by a physician to rule out a shoulder separation. If the doctor clears you to compete with a minimal injury you might want to consider this shoulder support for additional shoulder complex/AC joint support. Consult with your physician about its possible benefits.

You need to go to the doctor to have x-rays to see if it really is dislocated or perhaps even fractured. If it is dislocated, the doctor can reduce the dislocation (pop it back in place). But you really do need to be evaluated by a physician. Even an urgent care should be able to see you. Good luck.
