Reoccurring shoulder dislocation??? |
I dislocated my shoulder a few years ago. When it happened, I was able to pop it back in myself (I don't think it came completely out of the socket) I went to the doctor afterwards and was told that I have "loose joints". He told me that some excersises could help keep it from happening again. I kind of forgot about it until yesterday when it popped back out with only a very minor jarring. I almost passed out it hurt so bad! you could try a chiropracter in the meantime, see an orthopedic doctor soon, good luck |
