Can a sacroaliac dislocation be stress related ? Not really! Normally, the only reason a SI dislocation occurs is in childbirth (to allow the baby's head to go through). But it can happen to both men and women at any time due to a back problem Seeing as this is a mechanical joint inflammation, I don't see that stress could cause this, but that's just my opinion, I'm not a doctor!
